Liz Walker is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in assisting people who have complex trauma or who have concerns about depression, anxiety, substance use, relationships, parenting, and childhood influences on current behaviors. Liz has worked closely with those who identify as part of the LGBTQ community, those with addictions, those who are parents or who hope to become parents, veterans, and people who are without a home. Liz provides compassionate care and helps clients connect present difficulties with past experiences.
Liz has a Master's in Developmental Psychology/Infant Mental Health from Mills College and a Master's in Counseling from The Wright Institute. She frequently uses dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, attachment-based therapy, and motivational interviewing, among other approaches.

Blanca Monique Sevilla is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist based in Los Angeles. She has several years of experience in various roles within the mental health field, the last seven of which have been as a psychotherapist.
