
Taylor is the Head of Content at Thriveworks. She is passionate about the written word and devotes herself to strategizing, developing, and distributing content around important information about mental health and well-being. She was previously the Senior Content Strategist at Thriveworks and, prior to that, Content Development Manager
Taylor received her BA in multimedia journalism with minors in professional writing and leadership from Virginia Tech. She is a co-author of “Leaving Depression Behind: An Interactive, Choose Your Path Book” and has published articles for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Thought Catalog, Odyssey, and other online publications.
Outside of content strategy and writing, Taylor enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Andrew, and their golden retriever, Summer. They are avid campers and can often be found somewhere in the woods in their rooftop tent.
