I know how heavy life can feel, and through my personal experiences with loss and anxiety and my professional work supporting others, I’ve learned that healing, growth, and empowerment are possible.
I love helping all people navigate anxiety and the ups and downs of everyday life—because let's be honest, it can get a little chaotic. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and real, where you can be yourself. Along the way, I'll help you gain insight, build tools, and maybe even share a few laughs as you grow into the version of yourself you're working toward.
My approach is warm, person-centered, and empathetic. I use trauma-focused care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help clients understand themselves and build healthier ways of coping. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, and trauma.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Healing, growth, and change are possible. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful transformation. When you're ready, I would be honored to support you as you move toward healing and personal growth.
You deserve dedicated time with a mental health professional — it can be life-changing.

If you’re facing persistent relationship problems, communication breakdowns, or unresolved conflicts that are impacting your emotional well-being and happiness, Couples/marriage therapy may be beneficial for you.
While marriage and couple’s counseling is typically recommended for couples who are experiencing persistent or severe relationship issues, any relationship can benefit from attending these sessions.
Marriage and couples counseling at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and online by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you and your partner.
On average, couples attend marriage and couples counseling for 12 weeks. However, couples & marriage counseling may last longer or shorter, dependent on the couples’ needs, the challenges they’d like to work through, and the pace of their progress.
