Overcoming Burnout

Below is a short video we made that lists a few tips for overcoming burnout. It’s short and simple, but kind of interesting too. Enjoy!


Burnout makes you feel mentally and physically exhausted


1) Cynical toward life
2) Having a strong desire to “escape”
3) A false sense of failure
4) Negative feelings toward others
5) Apathy


Take control.

Don’t overload your schedule.

Say no.

Don’t take on more responsibilities than you can handle

Slow down.

Slow the pace of your life. Rest is important!

Set priorities.

You may get less done, but you will be doing the important things.
