2) Having a strong desire to “escape”
3) A false sense of failure
4) Negative feelings toward others
Don’t overload your schedule.
Don’t take on more responsibilities than you can handle
Slow the pace of your life. Rest is important!
You may get less done, but you will be doing the important things.
