Meghan earned her Master’s in Counseling from Loma Linda University. Meghan uses approaches including exposure response prevention, experiential therapy, expressive arts, and psychoanalysis.

Jermin Guirguis is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. She is a teacher with ample experience working with children and families. This, coupled with her professional experience, enables her to provide the guidance and support her clients are seeking. Jermin specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions.

Jermin completed her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sam Houston State University. Jermin uses multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Dr. Jacqueline Nelson, M.A., Ph.D, LPC-S, is a caring and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, and seniors who are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, anger, dysfunctional relationships, ADHD, coping skills, divorce, family conflict, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, grief, infidelity, difficult life transitions, OCD, parenting, racial identity, and more. 

Jacqueline graduated from Liberty University with her Master’s degree in Professional Christian Counseling and has her Ph.D. in Professional Counseling, Education, and Supervision from Walden University. Jacqueline also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston—Central Campus. Jacqueline has worked in several roles as a Therapist, Crisis Psychotherapist, and Assistant Professor, which has allowed Jacqueline to harvest a plethora of knowledge and expertise in issues and concerns that affect everyday people in everyday life. Jacqueline has experience in supervising counseling students which has enhanced her capabilities in mentoring and coaching counseling professionals. Jacqueline is a cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapist who also utilizes the strategies, tools, and principles of solutions-focused, person-centered, existential, positive psychology, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic therapeutic approaches. Her experience working with individuals and families has promoted a dedication to try to understand, assist, and evolve the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of human development at all stages in life. Jacqueline's approach to therapy is eclectic and individualized because each client is unique and may require a unique and different approach to their healing and wellbeing.

I am a licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) with 7 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional and relational challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, communication difficulties, eating disorders, and life stressors. I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, gain new perspectives, and feel more empowered in their daily lives.

I earned my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Abilene Christian University. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients build practical tools for lasting change.

I provide individual therapy sessions and have a passion for working with couples and families. I also provide behavioral therapy to modify problematic behavior, particularly in children, within the family dynamic, and I help adults overcome addictive behaviors. I like to help my clients "think" on a higher frequency, which leads to a higher quality of life. In my work, I have clients review worksheets and videos, I challenge their thinking, and I help them make the best decisions for themselves.

Clients may be assigned homework to review at their next session. I help clients identify their problem areas and give them tools to problem-solve through their issues. At times, clients may need to talk through their issues, and I encourage them to keep a pen and paper handy to take notes they can reference later.
