I believe to truly practice self-care, we must ensure we are taking time to address our mental health, the same as we ensure our dental and physical health.
As someone that has struggled and watched loved ones struggle with mental health, I understand the crucial importance of taking care of our mental health.
Above all, I prioritize the importance of being both seen and heard.
As a psychologist, my role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to challenge you to reflect on what you’re doing and why.
I am a person-centered therapist who provides a judgment-free space for clients to share their thoughts and wounds. I aim to work together with them to achieve healing and growth.
My hope each day is to make even the smallest positive difference in someone's life, whether by offering a safe space to process difficult emotions, helping create a plan to manage life’s stressors, or exploring strengths to pursue meaningful goals. If I’ve lightened even one person’s burden, I consider that day a success.
I love working with clients to explore why our initial responses show up the way they do, how those responses shape our everyday lives, and the skills that can lead to lasting, meaningful change.
