Cecilia Siegel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), who has dedicated her personal and professional commitments towards helping others find a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Cecilia works with individuals to address concerns specific to depression, anxiety, intimacy, relationships, and work related stress. Cecilia focus’ on utilizing an eclectic approach of various psychological interventions, counseling therapies, and counseling techniques, such as, but not limited to; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Mindfulness based interventions.

Cecilia has obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College in 2014, and completed graduate school with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ohio University in 2016, with a dual specialization in Rehabilitation Counseling. Cecilia has experience working with individuals with issues concerning social anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and adjustment concerns.
