Thriveworks strengthens integrated care offering with new Patient Referral Dashboard

New York, NY, 20 July, 2026 – Thriveworks, a leading provider of in-person and online therapy and psychiatry services nationwide, today announced the launch of its Patient Referral Dashboard, a new platform that gives referring physicians ongoing visibility into their patients’ behavioral health care, helping close one of the biggest gaps in care coordination and supporting a more integrated model of care. 

The Patient Referral Dashboard addresses a long-standing industry issue familiar to physicians: once a patient is referred out for behavioral health treatment, the referring provider often loses sight of how their patient is progressing or whether the referral loop was ever closed.  Providers also frequently lack insight into the medications prescribed, making it more difficult to coordinate care across physical and behavioral health while leaving patients without the connected experience that leads to better overall outcomes.  

With Thriveworks’ Patient Referral Dashboard, partners can log in to see referral, intake and ongoing session status, track clinical progress through PHQ-9 and GAD-7 outcomes, and review any medications prescribed by the Thriveworks care team, enabling them to make more informed clinical decisions.
