  • Heidi joined Thriveworks in 2012 and went on to serve in a range of clinical and operational leadership roles, including therapist, clinic manager, regional and executive clinic director, and franchise owner of two Thriveworks clinics. She ultimately served as chief clinical officer, overseeing enterprise clinical quality, compliance, and clinical operations in support of ethical, regulatory, safety, and payer requirements across the organization.

    Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Mason University and a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Health and Mental Health from Hunter College of the City University of New York. She is licensed as a clinical social worker in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, and Massachusetts.

    Heidi has 20+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups, with particular interest in working with immigrants, cultural minorities, and individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+.

    Outside of work, Heidi enjoys event planning, interior design, and spending time with family and friends.
