  • Reggie Ramsey is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations, commercial strategy, business development, and analytics. He is passionate about the delivery of value-based care and mobilizing innovation in support of an optimized healthcare ecosystem that benefits all.

    As Chief Commercial Officer at Thriveworks, Reggie oversees the building and management of strategic partnerships with health systems, increasing access to high-quality mental health care through collaborative care models. Before joining Thriveworks, Reggie was Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Synchronous Health, now a Thriveworks company, where he oversaw client acquisition, strategic partnership, and financial management. Reggie also held leadership roles at Ponder & Co., Relatient, and Healthways, where he was instrumental in driving business development for high growth, expanding market presence and share of voice, and establishing impactful sales models.

    Reggie holds a Master of Business Administration from Belmont University, where he now serves as Community Faculty (Health System Sciences at Thomas F. Frist Jr. College of Medicine) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sewanee, The University of the South. An active member of the healthcare community, Reggie has served on numerous boards, including Faith Family Medical Center and Belmont University’s Business and Analytics Advisory Board. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He currently resides in Nashville with his family.
