Life is in ruins. Soon to be homeless again, physical health has deteriorated. No family, employ, friends, no social network, no hope. Afraid. Don’t drink or do drugs, just limited prescribed pain medication. Lay motionless in the closet in the dark every day all day. Numb. Tired. Sad. Feable.

I agree with Melissa that you should not try to deal with all that you are going through alone. Seek help from a health care professional. But please remember, when things seem their bleakest, there’s always hope. When we cannot see that hope for ourselves, someone else may be able to. The support from a health care professional can make all the difference.
Dear Sir,
I am truly sorry that so much is happening to you right now. We cannot offer direct mental health treatment here on this webpage as this is a mental health discussion board only. With everything that is going on for you it sounds like your depression is very severe and I would recommend seeking treatment at your local Emergency Room or with a mental health professional in your hometown for direct mental health support. I would also encourage you to contact Social Services to see if they can connect you with any assistance.
