Thriveworks has been my lifeline for six years. My therapist, Donna, challenges me to think bigger and give myself grace. She's never missed an appointment and checks in with me when she doesn't have to. I've pushed myself to do things out of my comfort zone because of her, and the results have been immeasurable. Never once have I felt judged, and she gives her full and undivided attention. I cannot say enough about her, and I could not be more grateful that I found her.

Both of my providers from Thriveworks are extremely responsive. They are caring and empathetic and provide meaningful insight without being dismissive or critical. Sometimes it’s hard to hear what you need to hear, but they do it in a way that's productive and helps you get better.

My therapist is extraordinary. She always makes me feel heard, sheds light on things I'm struggling with, and helps me see things from a different perspective. She is everything I would want in a therapist.
