My therapist is great. They aren't pushy and just ask questions that get me thinking. I feel like I am getting a little guidance to help me find my own path rather than being lead in a predetermined direction.

My online therapy is with my therapy provider Gabriel Oliver. Gabriel is a total gentlemen who allows me to feel comfortable to open up and express my issues freely. He is an excellent listener who pays close attention to the details I express. Not only is he empathetic and attentive to my feelings but he helps me feel like I am in a judgement free zone. Since he is such a kind and compassionate professional he has empowered me with much more strength to begin to make progress in my journey to heal from the stresses that have overwhelmed me. He asks really thought provoking questions. I was recently encouraged to do some soul searching which has enabled me to decide to make some positive changes in my situation after facing the realization that with his expertise he will assist me to move forward from a difficult time in my life in a profound way! I feel like i will finally have a chance to focus on making a brighter future and grow from the challenges I am still currently facing.

Trish is VERY good at listening and responding with the right questions to get to your issue and literally talk it out. Therapists in the past seemed to have canned suggestions not relating to my specific issues.
