Lauren is a non-profit expert, writer, mom, and a big believer in the power of continuous growth. She has worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years, focusing on strategy and mission impact. As the founder of Rise Consulting Company, she guides organizations through process improvements, efficiency efforts, strategic planning, prospect development, fundraising, and leadership training. She is the founder of The Moonlight Crew, a community for women going through various life-changing circumstances, and serves as a board member for multiple nonprofits, including a psychoanalytic preschool and the National Aphasia Association.
