Begin a career at Thriveworks
Thriveworks is committed to helping people live better through high-quality counseling and psychiatry services. We look for the best possible team members to help us achieve this mission and then provide them with the care, support, and growth opportunities to build a fulfilling career with us.

Convenient remote work
Our corporate roles are completely remote — this allows us to build the very best teams, made up of diverse and talented people all across the country. It also makes work more comfortable and convenient, saves time and money you’d be spending on a commute, and helps you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Community & support
We work hard to offer company-wide support and collaboration, via virtual quarterly Town Halls, regular team events (like Trivia Night), and D&I focus groups. In addition, we have dedicated Google chat spaces for each individual team and the wider teams, plus Workplace by Meta — where you can come together, communicate, and share.

Growth opportunities
Our team members’ success is our success. We encourage and empower you to grow both personally and professionally throughout your career here — plus, we recognize you for your hard work and achievements. We offer company-wide career advancement and development opportunities, and we have employee recognition programs.

Impact
The Thriveworks Team has a direct impact on the well-being of people across the US. All of us, together, help our clients get the mental health help they’re looking for and live better as a result. Whether you’re in HR, marketing, finance, legal, technology, or another department, you make a difference. You have an impact.

Collaboration & improvements
Thriveworks is constantly striving for better — for both our clients and our employees. To improve the employee experience, we are building new programs, investing in new and innovative systems, making organizational changes, and more, based on feedback from our teams. Help us continue to raise the bar and maintain Thriveworks as a great place to work.

Health benefits & 401k with matching
Full-time corporate team members are eligible for health benefits and our 401k program after just 30 days of employment. Our health benefits include medical, dental, vision, and additional insurance offerings like short- and long-term disability. For your 401k, you decide your contribution percentage and earn up to a 3% company match.
See what our team members have to say
A few of our team members share what it’s like to work at Thriveworks.

“I work with a department full of extraordinary people who believe in Thriveworks’ mission and wake up every day fully invested in working in excellence! I have never worked at a company with so much diversity and so many opportunities for growth!”
Kandis Williams

“Thriveworks gives its employees autonomy, no micro-management, but plenty of support and flexibility from managers. Teams are able to work at a pace to get tasks completed and help providers, but also have a life outside of work.”
Chadd Gable

“Working closely with the management team I see how the feedback we receive in HR is then in turn used to make organizational changes. It takes a bit of time, but I appreciate that issues that are raised are always addressed and that we are constantly trying to make Thriveworks the best it can be! It is refreshing to work somewhere that is not blind to their areas of opportunity and welcomes feedback good and bad.”
Abbie Salyzyn

“I've never worked at a company where what we do every day is so directly tied to impacting people. We don't have any gimmicks, we just want to help people find the aid they need when they need to talk to a professionally trained expert at helping people better understand themselves.”
Hampton Lintorn-Catlin

“I love working at Thriveworks because I've gained a sense of personal and professional development, I work with professionals that I can learn from, and I'm given daily encouragement from my team.”
Taylor Walker

“My manager cares about me and how I'm doing. He checks in on me regularly and makes sure I have what I need to be productive. Leadership understands that we all want to do good work and are visibly working to create an environment and culture that empowers us to do it.”
Jufe Brown-Tsai

“Thriveworks cares about its employees and clients. We're not just saying we do; we have Task Force teams working on improving our employee and client experiences. We live by our Core Values! This is what sets Thriveworks apart from other employers.”
Paul Conklin

“We have such a collaborative and creative environment, friendly colleagues, innovative ideas and we are growing every day, which is always exciting to be a part of.”
Luci Onorato

“I love technology when it is used for good, and being able to help people get the mental health support they need is very meaningful.”
Jeff Doan

“When I applied to work at Thriveworks as a newly graduated 20-something-year-old, I was just hoping to secure a job. What I got was a long-time career that has continued to educate, push, and — most importantly — fulfill me. I feel incredibly grateful to enjoy the work that I do each day and help others in the process.”
Taylor Bennett
Thriveworks was established in 2008, with the ultimate mission of helping people live happy and successful lives. In addition to providing exceptional clinical care and customer service, we accomplish our mission by offering important information about mental health and self-improvement.
We are dedicated to providing you with valuable resources that educate and empower you to live better. We reference authoritative sources that provide additional value, and we also enforce a tiered review process in which at least three individuals — one or more being licensed clinical experts — review and edit each piece of content before it is published. In addition, we frequently update old content to reflect the most up-to-date information.
