Full-time corporate team members are eligible for health benefits and our 401k program after just 30 days of employment. Our health benefits include medical, dental, vision, and additional insurance offerings like short- and long-term disability. For your 401k, you decide your contribution percentage and earn up to a 3% company match.

Yes, our corporate team members work remotely! Enjoy the comfort, convenience, and flexibility that come with working from home (or another space).

Corporate team members are paid every two weeks, conveniently and securely via direct deposit. Pay varies by position, the candidate’s level of experience, and more. We’ll be happy to talk to you more about compensation for the specific role you’re interested in.

Full-time corporate team members can enroll in health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and more) and our 401k program after just 30 days of employment with us. When you enroll in our 401k program, you decide your contribution percentage and then earn up to a 3% company match.

PTO is accrued starting the first day of employment — full-time corporate employees accrue up to 104 hours or 13 days of PTO in their first year. Eligible full-time employees also enjoy paid holidays.
