Nanette brings extensive experience working with diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, life transitions (such as relationship changes, divorce, and work-related stress), grief, trauma, self-esteem and identity concerns, and medical diagnosis.
Nanette's therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Stress Management, Solution- Focused techniques, Distress Tolerance, and Mindfulness to support emotional regulation and overall well-being.
