What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?
Therapy gives you a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, challenges without judgment. You are able to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, challenges, and developing coping strategies for healing and growth.

Starting from a strength-based, client-centered, collaborative, and holistic approach that considers the person’s mind, body, spirit, and worldview, me and the client will get to know each other and get an idea of how to proceed which can include: reasons for seeking therapy, client background, current challenges, what is inhibiting personal growth, and goals for therapy.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Spend time with my wonderful, loving spouse, play with my two silly cats, read, exercise.
