Get to know Lilith

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I became a counselor to learn about people, how and why they think and behave certain ways, and to learn how to help those that are struggling to cope with current life circumstances.

What types of clients do you work with best?

The first step is usually the hardest. Once that step is taking, remaining consistent in therapy generally provides the best results.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

That even in their bleakest moment, they do have the ability to overcome, and therapy can help to find that path.
