What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish all clients knew that healing doesn’t have to look perfect—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You are not broken. You are doing the best you can with what you’ve been through, and that is more than enough.
Therapy is a space where you can be seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Growth takes time, and every small step forward is a powerful act of courage.
What inspires you?
Witnessing my clients reclaim their voice, grow through challenges, and move toward lives they truly deserve is what fuels my passion everyday. It's an honor to walk beside them on that journey.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
Here’s what you can expect in your first session:
• We’ll begin by discussing what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together.
• I’ll ask questions about your history, current challenges, and any goals you’d like to set.
• You’ll have the space to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to talk about anything you’re not ready for.
• We’ll explore what therapy might look like for you moving forward, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about the process.
This session is all about building comfort, connection, and clarity. My goal is for you to feel safe, supported, and empowered to be yourself.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Outside of the therapy space, I love traveling and exploring new places—it recharges me and inspires fresh perspective. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family, bike riding on sunny days, and seeking out fun experiences like amusement parks and attractions. Whether I’m on a quiet path or a rollercoaster ride, I enjoy making space for both joy and rest in life.
