Everyday life can be overwhelming full of obstacles and challenges. Sometimes we can feel trapped, helpless, or alone. These feelings and thoughts are natural, however if not properly managed they can lead to emotional disturbance and unhealthy behaviors. With the help of guidance, insight and self-awareness, we can become resilient and empowered. I believe that we are all humans with the ability to love ourselves and make positive change. Let me help you adjust to life changes, improve your relationships, manage stress, cope with loss, and most importantly become more resilient.
I use a strength-based approach to therapy where I uplift my clients and utilize their strengths and abilities to increase self-esteem. I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for my clients to be accepted and feel safe. I integrate many tools of Psychotherapy including Internal family systems CBT, and ACT to meet each individual's needs.
I see people for who they are, not their race, gender, economic status, or sexual orientation. Everyone is special and has something to contribute to this world. I have experience in helping individuals adjust to life changes, help build healthy boundaries to enhance relationships and improve emotional intelligence. I look forward to working with you!

"You are worthy, you are loved, you are enough. "
