About Lesley
I am Lesley Riley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide counseling for adults and seniors facing family conflict, divorce, career challenges, mental stress, life transitions, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I support individuals in managing emotions, advocating for themselves, and finding healthier ways to cope. My practice offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore and discover the best path toward healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward with compassion and guidance.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of New England. In my work, I often use cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy to support clients. I also incorporate psychoeducation and worksheets to extend progress beyond sessions, helping individuals apply skills in daily life.
I know that being heard without judgment is essential to the healing process. Because you know yourself best, I work with you at your own pace to help you reach your goals. I encourage you to take the first step toward growth and book a session today and I would be honored to support you on your journey.

"I have worked for many years as a social worker in a variety of capacities and have a unique, big-picture perspective to help my clients identify their needs and help them find solutions."
