What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

I want to understand the specific events and situations that are blocking personal growth and fulfillment and determine the desired outcome and a mutually agreed upon plan to achieve success.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?

That it is a collaborative process. I am there to help you achieve your goals and I am open to the path you feel gets you to where you want to go.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

I play golf, it is a great metaphor for life. There are good days and bad days and always leaves room to improve.
