About Coral
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist with experience supporting adults and teens navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I often work with clients who appear capable and successful on the outside but are struggling internally or repeating patterns they’re ready to change. My clients are often seeking greater clarity, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, emotional balance, and a deeper understanding of themselves so they can move forward with confidence and intention.
I take a direct, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based strategies with honest conversation and practical tools you can use outside of sessions. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen coping skills and boundaries, and build greater self-awareness so you can create lasting, meaningful change.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and intention. When you’re ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment and take that next step for yourself.

"I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen and where we can be real about what’s happening while building practical tools to create meaningful change in your life."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people in a space where client's can be imperfect people without fear of judgment. Their stories, patterns, relationships, and what shapes the way they move through the world. I value creating a space where people can be completely honest, feel genuinely understood, and gain the insight and practical tools they need to create meaningful change in their lives.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with adults and teens from pre contemplation to the action stages of their change process. Where ever they're starting from, I am willing to meet them there.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
You do not have to be in crisis to seek mental health support.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you, what brought you to therapy, and what you want to change. Early on, we’ll identify patterns, clarify your goals, and begin building practical strategies you can use right away. I want therapy to feel collaborative, comfortable, and genuinely useful to your everyday life.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is grounded in authenticity, empathy, resilience, and the belief that people can create meaningful change when they feel genuinely seen and supported. I value honest, human connection and recognize that life can be complicated and rarely fits neatly into a box. I bring a nonjudgmental perspective while also encouraging clients to challenge patterns that may no longer serve them.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I don’t believe in a onesize-fits-all approach to therapy. I take time to understand each client’s personality, experiences, strengths, goals, and what they need from me as a therapist. I adjust my approach accordingly, whether that means offering practical tools, exploring deeper patterns, providing a different perspective, or simply creating space to process and feel heard.
