About Provider

About Bryan

I love helping all people navigate anxiety and the ups and downs of everyday life—because let's be honest, it can get a little chaotic. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and real, where you can be yourself. Along the way, I'll help you gain insight, build tools, and maybe even share a few laughs as you grow into the version of yourself you're working toward.

My approach is warm, person-centered, and empathetic. I use trauma-focused care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help clients understand themselves and build healthier ways of coping. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, and trauma.

No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Healing, growth, and change are possible. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful transformation. When you're ready, I would be honored to support you as you move toward healing and personal growth.

Get to know Bryan

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I became a counselor because of my own experiences navigating loss, anxiety, low selfesteem, and major life transitions. Going through those challenges showed me how powerful it is to have support, and I often reflect on how I wish I had reached out for help sooner. Those experiences inspired me to become the kind of support for others that I once needed myself—someone who listens without judgment and helps create space for healing, growth, and selfdiscovery.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and value creating a space where each person feels heard and supported. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, low self-worth, and stress, while also welcoming anyone looking to grow, heal, or gain insight into themselves.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

One thing I wish all clients knew is that healing is rarely linear. Progress in therapy doesn’t always look like constant improvement—there are ups, downs, pauses, and moments where things feel stuck before they start to shift again. That doesn’t mean therapy isn’t working; it often means real change is happening beneath the surface. I wish clients knew that showing up, even when it feels hard, is meaningful progress in itself, and that they don’t have to go through the healing process perfectly for it to be effective.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In the first session, my focus is on creating a space where you can feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely yourself—no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it, and yes, we may even share a few light moments along the way because therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy all the time. In the early stages, we’ll take things step by step—getting to know you, building trust, and starting to develop tools that actually fit your real life. My goal is for therapy to feel supportive, genuine, real, and hopefully enjoyable at times.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

My practice is guided by the values of empathy, authenticity, respect, and self-awareness. I believe in meeting each person with genuine understanding and creating a space where they feel safe, heard, and never judged. I also value honoring each client’s unique background and lived experience, understanding that this has shaped how we see ourselves and the world around us. At the core of my work is a belief in resilience and the idea that healing is possible and happens when people feel supported, empowered, and accepted as they are. I strive to show up with warmth, openness, and curiosity, and to walk alongside clients as they move toward growth and meaningful change.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I tailor therapy by really getting to know each client as an individual—their story, their strengths, and what they’re hoping to change or understand about themselves. I don’t believe in a one-size-fitsall approach, so I pull from several of the modalities based on what feels most helpful in the moment. Some days that might mean focusing on practical coping tools, and other days it might mean slowing down and just making space to process what’s been heavy. We figure it out together, at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive, with the goal of helping you feel understood, empowered, and supported in a way that fits your life.
