Ashley Johnson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. Ashley is passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples develop effective coping skills to successfully navigate relational challenges. She specializes in depression, relationships, domestic abuse, coping skills, family conflict, and women's issues. Ashley leverages her professional knowledge to empower, educate, and inspire individuals, families, and couples to become the best version of themselves.
Ashley completed her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Our Lady of the Lake University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a U.S. Army veteran who understands the demands and stressors of military life and culture. Ashley is trained in Violence Prevention and Intervention, Life Coaching, and LGBTQ Safe Zone. She utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

Individuals and couples who come from diverse backgrounds.
What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?
Self-awareness is an ongoing process and changing your perspective of a situation can assist in resolving internal and external conflict.
