About Antania
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified personal trainer. I specialize in helping women who feel disconnected from themselves after years of emotional pain, trauma, or body shame. Many of my clients come to me seeking freedom from overthinking, people-pleasing, and patterns of self-abandonment. Together, we explore the wounds beneath these patterns so they can rediscover confidence, emotional safety, and connection with their true selves.
I hold a master’s in social work from Wayne State University. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with holistic practices that honor the mind-body connection. Through eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, somatic awareness, mindfulness, movement, and breathwork, I help clients process emotions, build self-trust, and support nervous system regulation.
You deserve to feel grounded, whole, and at peace within yourself. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the pain. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward reconnection and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

"As a trauma-informed therapist who has transformed my own pain into purpose, I guide others to heal trauma through the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit—helping them reclaim their inner peace, strength, and authenticity."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose to become a therapist because I’ve experienced firsthand how healing transforms not only our minds, but our entire way of being. Walking through my own seasons of pain, self-discovery, and growth showed me the power of compassionate connection and the freedom that comes from truly understanding yourself. I wanted to create a space where others could experience that same transformation, where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal from the inside out.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with women who are ready to release old patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, and emotional pain so they can reconnect with their true selves. My clients are often deeply self-aware and seeking not just coping skills, but real transformation—healing that reaches the mind, body, and spirit.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Healing isn’t linear. It is a journey of remembering, releasing, and rebuilding, and every small step forward is powerful progress.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, you can expect me to get a little nosy—in the most caring way—as we gently explore your story, patterns, and what’s really beneath the surface so we can begin creating lasting change.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is deeply informed by my own journey of healing from trauma, learning self-acceptance, and reconnecting with my body and intuition. I value authenticity, compassion, and empowerment—guiding each person to uncover their truth and create a life that feels safe, aligned, and genuinely their own.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy by listening deeply to each client’s story, understanding their patterns, and integrating techniques that fit their mind, body, and emotional needs. Every plan is personalized—blending trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and practical strategies—so healing feels authentic and effective for them.
