Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I have always wanted to put my communication and people skills into a field where I can help people. I hope to help others overcome challenges, find inner peace, and create spaces to allow for people to heal from past traumas.
What types of clients do you work with best?
The clients that I work best with are open and receptive to change and take the steps needed to put the changes into action. I am drawn to building relationships with clients who welcome a warm and gentle approach. I also find that it's helpful when clients welcome the challenge of implementing the changes they would like to see in their lives.

I am most excited to work with kids, adolescents, and young adults.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
Therapy is a space not just to heal but to have fun, build trust, and learn.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
My approach is compassionate, supportive, and respectful. I am comfortable engaging in difficult conversations and providing a safe space to address challenges, all with the goal of helping you achieve your objectives.
