About Hannah
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW (working towards my Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice, LISW-CP) passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional distress, and more. I enjoy supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain and are seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal, build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs while helping them build healthy coping skills, increase self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and develop the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, I've experienced the feeling myself, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether you're seeking healing, growth, or a fresh perspective, I would be honored to walk alongside you. When you're ready, I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey.

"As an individual who has experienced my own lot of life's challenges, trauma, and unexpected circumstances, I understand how important it is to have a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgemental space to work towards building skills to empower yourself and your life."
