Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I chose to become a counselor because I have always had a passion for helping others. The mental health field allows me to live out that passion by working with others to enhance their quality of life.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work well with a variety of clients. I have much experience working with children, young adults, LGBTQIA+ populations, and adults. I work best with those experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, gender dysphoria, and sexual orientation.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
Therapy is meant to be a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore, learn, and grow.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
I chose to practice at Thriveworks because the environment seemed welcoming. I believe Thriveworks will allow me to flourish and succeed as a clinician.
