About Jennifer
Jennifer Lauricella is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a board certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) who has more than 25 years of experience working with adults who are seeking help with a variety of issues. Jennifer offers assistance to people seeking to gain or deepen their understanding of their life experiences through improved awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at Tufts University and her Master of Arts (MA) in Expressive Arts Therapies at Lesley University.
Using verbal and/or art interventions, Jennifer will meet you where you are to assist you in effecting the changes you would like to see in your life. As an expressive arts therapist, she is skilled at helping you find adaptive means of self-expression, increase self-awareness, and develop tools to allow you to live with greater ease and comfort. Engaging in therapy is a wonderful step toward self-improvement. Investing in therapy is prioritizing your self-care. A supportive, safe, therapeutic space, free of judgement will enable you to better understand yourself and allow you to navigate your life experiences more readily.
