I am a trained and licensed mental health professional who helps individuals, families, couples, and groups manage and overcome emotional, psychological, behavioral, or relationship challenges. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, and more.
My work is trauma-informed, using an Ecosystemic lens and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based approaches. My goal is to help clients manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and achieve balance and personal growth.
I describe my style as empowering, direct, and warm. I emphasize creating a safe, confidential space where clients can explore difficult emotions and make meaningful changes. If you are seeking my services, it's best to contact me directly through my practice or the online therapy platform to confirm availability, insurance acceptance, and session formats.

"I have experienced many aspects of life that provided me with intimate understanding on how to help you maneuver through difficult times in a safe comfortable space to achieve balance and personal growth. "
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose to become a licensed counselor because I have a great passion for helping others discover their potential. I also had to discover and explore my own life stages, trauma, and other difficulties that has given me the edge to understand.
What types of clients do you work best with?
The best clients I work with is any client that comes in for a need to create autonomy for their current difficult situation.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Your potential is there to create meaningful change and empower the skill set of understanding. Therapy is not scary.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
We will begin by processing through an intake, creating your safe environment, and begin to facilitate your own set of goals.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My personal experience and values inform my practice by being warm, empowering, trauma informed, and safe.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I work very hard for each and every client. Therapy will be tailored to the specific needs through the healing process. An integrative approach will be implemented to guide you through your development.
