About Hannah
I am a master’s-level associate licensed counselor trained in CBT at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I integrate feminist theory, ACT, IFS, narrative, and mindfulness-based approaches in my work. My ideal clients are individuals seeking a safe, affirming space to explore their identities and the parts of life that may feel difficult or taboo to discuss. I work with clients navigating their concerns, anxiety, relational patterns, and values with collaboration, transparency, and active client participation in treatment.
I offer a safe, affirming space grounded in feminist, sex-positive, and trauma-informed care. Using a collaborative and integrative approach, I help clients explore intimacy, relationships, and identity while building insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful, lasting growth.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and takes courage. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported as they take this next step. I welcome you to connect when you’re ready and I'll respond thoughtfully within professional boundaries.

"Becoming your authentic self is a transforming and long journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering tools and encouragement along the way."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
My decision to become a counselor came from my own experiences in therapy. I witnessed the productive changes that my own therapist helped me create, and could not imagine anything better than to be able to help others do the same thing.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with clients who are ready to be honest with themselves and open in the therapeutic process. I’m here to support those seeking healing from the past and learning how to move forward with clarity, coping skills, and resilience.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
Resilience and learning are key. Resilience allows us to bounce back after adverse experiences, and learning allows us to take something from each experience to be better prepared for the next.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
I choose to practice at Thriveworks because they support clinician development, with opportunities to learn different modalities and expand the range of populations I work with.
What inspires you?
Exploration! Whether it's exploring a new city, friendships, or even new clients. A sense of adventure adds a little excitement and helps to romanticize the more mundane aspects of life.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
Lots of talking. In the first session, I want to get to know the person sitting across the office or computer screen from me. What brings you in, your past life experiences, goals and aspirations for life, what do you know, and what do you want to learn.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In the first session, my main goal is to lay the groundwork for a productive therapeutic relationship. For us to work together, there has to be a sense of trust where you feel you can tell your therapist everything and reassure them there will not be an ounce of judgment in the room.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my various house plants, experimenting with different painting mediums, and immersing myself in the natural world.
