Get to know Emily

What type of clients are you most excited to work with?

I'm excited to speak with all populations.

What inspires you?

I'm inspired by knowledge, I want to ensure I help my client's to understand why their brain is responding the way that it is.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

Within your first session, we will discuss what led you to reach out for support. This will allow me to evaluate how I can best assist you. From there, we discuss an overview of your past, present, and future. I would then like to discuss your history, such as your upbringing or trauma exposure. We talk about your day to day, such as your supports, job, and a typical daily schedule. Last, we will identify a goal that you would like to focus on as we move forward.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?

I enjoy to laugh, and am bubbly and expressive.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

Reading, spending time with my husband and children.

What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?

I'm a mom of 3!
