About Lynn
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 29 years of experience helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. Throughout my career, I have worked with people navigating domestic violence, foster care and adoption, relationship struggles, emotional difficulties, and major life transitions. My goal is to guide clients toward healing, self-awareness, and personal growth while ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma City University. My therapeutic approach blends honesty, compassion, and genuine connection to meet clients where they are. I work collaboratively to help them manage hardships, build resilience, and recognize their worth through a supportive and trusting relationship.
I strive to be a caring, unbiased partner in my clients’ journeys, someone who listens fully, speaks honestly, and helps them navigate difficult times with courage and clarity. Counseling doesn’t have to be intimidating; it’s a shared process of growth and discovery. Take the first step toward healing and schedule your appointment today.

"I want each person I have contact with to recognize the value and worth they have in this life and see their true potential."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I grew up in an environment that fostered helping others and not judging them for their struggles which laid the foundation for me wanting to be able to help others in the same way.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish everyone knew that they are not alone and there are those out there that want to help and support them rather than feel like you have to struggle on your own.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
During the first session, I want to focus on ensuring that we are a good fit and you feel like my style of therapy will help you reach your goals. I want each person to feel fully heard but not feel pressured to talk about topics that they don't feel comfortable revealing. We will set goals that reflect your identified areas of concern.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I try to recognize that each person has their unique challenges and I strive to understand what is acting as an obstacle to them being able to move forward. I also ensure I try and respect each person's unique culture and value system as those can act as supports in a person's healing.
