Stephanie specializes in supporting adolescents and adults with a range of symptoms and challenges, including depression, anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, grief and loss, life adjustments or transitions, personality disorders, and behavioral concerns.
Stephanie earned a Master's in Social Work at Stockton University. Stephanie holds experience in direct care and management, which has focused on the importance of clinical care. Stephanie utilizes a variety of clinical approaches as she acknowledges that each person benefits from a personalized approach to address unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
Stephanie recognizes the power of empathy and practical tools to help one find peace. She has a deep desire to facilitate healing, personal growth, and self-discovery. Her goal is to create a space where individuals feel comfortable, understood, and empowered while exploring the root causes of personal challenges.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
There's so much that can be said about "being true to yourself" and I have always found myself passionate with supporting people with identifying what that may mean to them and how that can help them to live a more fulfilling life.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
Clients who are eager to participate in the process of self discovery and personal growth

That we are all unique and on our own personal journey

Guiding someone towards personal discovery that helps them to make valuable change in their life
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
Building a connection of trust, safety, and open communication is key to the therapeutic process. During our first session I find it important to begin to build this rapport while listening to what it is that brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
For fun, I love making positive memories with those around me.
