Hi, I'm Paige! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey with a Master of Social Work and experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across residential, school-based, behavioral health, and community settings. I work with clients facing emotional, behavioral, and life challenges who are seeking support, stability, and meaningful change to benefit their quality of life. My approach draws on experience in individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, treatment planning, and group facilitation.
I specialize in supporting and assisting in managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, PTSD (trauma), relationship challenges, and behavioral challenges. I use a trauma-focused, person-centered approach to meet my clients where they are at and incorporate CBT and DBT techniques to help clients build insight and coping skills. With youths/adolescents, I also love to integrate art and play into therapy.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and reaching out for support is not always easy. My goal is to meet you where you are - without judgment, and create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. When you’re ready, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. Book an appointment with me to take the next step toward change.

"As a client-centered and compassionate therapist, I am here to focus on helping you identify and achieve your goals, overcome struggles or trauma, and build a future that is brighter and more fulfilling."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a therapist due to my own experience of having mental health providers teach me skills and support me in ways that have altered my life. I hope to be that hope and support for my own clients.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I welcome clients from a variety of backgrounds and with a wide range of experiences and concerns. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and working toward meaningful growth.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
One thing I wish clients knew about mental health and healing is that is not always linear and getting started is sometimes the hardest part. It is ok to have bad days, and it is awesome to have good days! You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy is a space to show up as you are, explore your experiences at your own pace, and work together toward growth. Small steps are still progress, and setbacks do not mean you have lost the battle.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, we'll discuss what has brought you to therapy and determine whether this seems like the right fit for you. We will get to know one another by discussing your concerns, experiences, strengths, goals, and begin identifying what support may be most helpful. In the early stages of therapy, I focus on building trust and meeting you where you are while building a treatment plan tailored to your goals and aspirations.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I am a feminist, pro LGBTQIA+, and I believe in the value and importance of all human beings as well as their backgrounds. I am always looking to grow and learn as a provider as I believe growth and change is where the magic happens.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Therapy is not one-size-fitsall. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, experiences, strengths, and goals. By taking a personcentered and compassionate approach, I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to determine what feels most helpful. As treatment progresses, I like to review with clients the effectiveness of the therapy provided and things they would like to change or incorporate.
