I am an LCSW in New Jersey. My career began 12 years ago in Social Services, but before that, I worked in the helping profession with the geriatric and DD populations. I use a multimodal approach in therapy sessions. I worked with those who experience anger, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD.

In my role, I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can process life's challenges. I believe the body and the mind have a powerful connection, as your thoughts affect your emotions and ultimately your behaviors. I also believe that change is always possible, and everyone deserves the opportunity to have a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling

If you believe I'd be a good therapeutic match for you or a loved one, please don't hesitate to reach out.

"Based on my life experiences, I truly believe in meeting the client where they are. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I'm passionate about helping others and making a positive and meaningful impact in their lives.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work best with clients who are open-minded and motivated to engage in the therapeutic process.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

I would wish that all clients knew that change is possible, but it's not linear. Therefore, being patient is the key to success.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

The first session is informational, to build comfort and review basic policies. Most importantly, it helps discover the "Why"

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

In my personal life, I value trust. Therefore, maintaining trust and confidentiality in the therapeutic relationship is a core principle in how I support my clients.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I believe therapy sessions should be person-centered and based on the client's needs. The process should be collaborative, instead of imposed upon them.
