About Raven
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My background includes working in both hospital and outpatient settings, supporting individuals through difficult and often emotionally demanding seasons of life. I work with clients who are seeking healing, clarity, emotional balance, healthier coping skills, and a deeper connection with themselves as they work toward creating a more intentional and fulfilling life.
My therapeutic style is strengths-based, empowering, practical, and emotionally grounded. I believe healing begins with creating a safe space where clients feel heard without judgment while also being challenged to grow. I help clients build healthier boundaries, and sustainable coping strategies to reset, rebuild, and move forward intentionally.
Whether you are facing stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, therapy can be a space for healing, clarity, and growth. I believe every day is an opportunity to reset, rebuild, and move forward intentionally, and I would be honored to support you along that journey.

"Everyday is the first day of the rest of your life - an opportunity to heal, rebuild, and intentionally choose who you want to become. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a therapist because I’ve always been passionate about helping people navigate difficult seasons of life while recognizing their strengths, resilience, and ability to grow. I value creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work well with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, and communication difficulties. I especially enjoy supporting clients who are seeking clarity, healthier coping strategies, emotional growth, and a more intentional, balanced life.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Healing is not about becoming a completely different person overnight. Growth often happens through small, consistent steps, increased selfawareness, and learning healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges. Therapy is a space where you can show up as you are while still working toward meaningful change.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. In the early stages of therapy, we will focus on building rapport, exploring current challenges, identifying goals, and developing practical tools to support emotional wellness, coping, and personal growth at a pace that feels manageable and collaborative.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, resilience, and the belief that people are capable of growth and meaningful change. I value creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered while recognizing that healing is not always linear and that every day presents an opportunity to move forward intentionally.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I understand that every client’s experiences, personality, and goals are different, so I tailor therapy by meeting clients where they are emotionally while adapting interventions and approaches to fit their specific needs. I believe in collaborative care that balances emotional support, practical coping strategies, insight, and realistic goal-setting.
