About Marisha LaRae
Marisha Mathis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 6 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, seniors, families, and veterans. She particularly enjoys working with at-risk clients and specializes in helping to treat anxiety, depression, oppositional defiance disorder, academic issues, and low self-esteem.
Marisha empowers clients by helping them find positivity and identify their strengths. She also utilizes various methods of engagement such as forms of art to assist with self-expression through poetry, music, and creative writing. She offers motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Marisha would love the opportunity to explore some of the challenges that you may be having and work together to develop solutions based on your personal goals and desire to be the best version of yourself.

Because I realize the importance of mental health. I believe compassion and emotional support work best.
