About Laura
I'm a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with many years of experience supporting individuals, families, and leaders through complex life challenges. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and periods of major change. Many of the people I serve are seeking stability, emotional clarity, healthier patterns, and a grounded path forward. My role is to help them feel understood, supported, and equipped to move toward the life they want.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, and strengthening self-worth. I use cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused, psychodynamic, humanistic, family systems, somatic, mindfulness-based, Catholic/Christian, and integrative approaches. Clients receive structured guidance and collaborative treatment plan for meaningful progress and resilience.
You deserve care that honors your story, your challenges, and your strengths. I offer a warm, steady, and collaborative space where healing and growth feel possible. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you.

"As a clinical social worker and psychotherapist who has supported people through life‑changing trauma and transitions, I understand deeply how overwhelming challenges shape our lives and how healing and resilience are fostered through hope, compassion, and practical therapeutic tools."
