Get to know Hayden
Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I’ve never wanted to do anything else; I have always seen therapy as a humble, and much needed profession. I became a therapist to help people recognize their own strength and step into their own power.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish all clients knew that progress isn’t always in leaps and bounds. Sometimes working on yourself can show up as baby steps or even standing still while taking on more challenges. Growth isn’t linear!
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In our first session, we will be getting to know each other. I will work to learn more about your story and your goals while you are learning if you feel safe and comfortable to work with me towards those goals.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I love to travel, hike, watch movies, try new restaurants, and spend time with my loved ones (including my two fur-balls).
