About Constance
As a therapist with a background in the armed forces and education, I appreciate the challenges of balancing many responsibilities. I retired in 2026 from the Air Force Reserves and returned to school for a Master of Education in School Counseling. I enjoyed working in schools and wanted to offer services to the broader community as a licensed clinical mental health counselor, so I completed licensure and started private practice in 2021. With 20 years in military, community, and private practice, I specialize in women's mental health across the lifespan — including adult ADHD assessments, hormonal shifts, and chronic overwhelm.
My approach is more of a "walk alongside approach." When we talk for the first time, we will discuss your goals and begin working toward thriving again. Since values-based living is something that has really helped me, we will likely start there using a type of therapy called ACT, and look at other types of therapy that can be helpful.
Therapy can be an amazing opportunity for us to find rest and decide the direction of where you'd like to go, and together, we will work on finding the root, and moving toward living a value-filled life.

"As a woman veteran who also happens to be an empty nester, I find it an honor to walk with other women who are walking through some challenges so that you can feel supported as learn tools to restart and thrive again."
Get to know Constance
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I wanted to be able to walk with individuals that were experiencing challenges and difficulty, to help people to know that there is support.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I enjoy working with clients from teens up, mostly women who are 30s, 40s, 50s and looking to make some tweaks, maybe feeling a little down or anxious and not sure why they are feeling like that. I also enjoy working with men, and folks who are on the AuDHD, ADHD spectrum.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
We all have the ability to shape the therapeutic process more than we realize. Some people want to address some new anxiety or grief, others want to spend more time.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
We will use this time as a way to get to know one another. We will talk about why you are. here, and create a compass for our work together.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I ask questions like what brought you here, what are you looking to change, how do you best grow and learn. We will work together to target our time together based on your individual needs.
