About Patrick
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 21 years of experience providing mental health care to teens, adults, and families. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment challenges, traumatic stress, and first responder traumatic stress. I am committed to creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood and respected throughout their care journey.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Montana. My clinical approach is relational and trauma-informed, and I am trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and child and family traumatic stress intervention.
Life’s challenges are inevitable, but how we respond to them can create meaningful change. I work alongside clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with confidence and clarity. I look forward to supporting you as you take the next step toward healing and growth.

"As a seasoned clinician with a diverse background and experience, I recognize trust as critical and foundational within a therapeutic relationship."
Get to know Patrick
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
In my childhood, helping others and working to strengthen my community always felt natural. This experience led me to the field of social work and behavioral health, where I now have the fortune to do full time.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work well with a wide range type of clients but it is helpful to have a client who is willing to team-up with a clinician such as myself to address issue(s) at hand.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Authentic therapy does not involve any judgement, but rather acceptance and empathy.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Initial session will likely include introductions, clinician's overview of today's and future sessions, any questions client may have, completion of initial evaluation with treatment plan.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
Both my personal and professional experiences and values inform my practice. Personally, my diverse culture and experience carry a strong theme; connection. Connection to self, family, loved ones, community and environment.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Clients should expect to feel they always have a voice in the direction of their treatment, including feeling comfortable in letting me know if we are not on the same page. It happens sometimes and that's okay!
