About Stacey
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 25 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and behavioral and emotional difficulties. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices that help clients clarify their goals and build meaningful change.
I earned my master’s degree in community counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and other solution-focused, strengths-based approaches to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence in their ability to grow.
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we will explore what you need to move toward balance, resilience, and lasting change. Reaching out for support is a powerful first step, and I would be honored to walk with you as you pursue a more fulfilling life.

"I believe that healing begins with connection, and I bring deep compassion and insight to my work with individuals, couples, and families."
