Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I have always seemed to attract peers, family and even strangers in terms of them seeking out emotional "help" while also pouring out their life stories to me.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with clients that are open and willing to be engaged in session. I do not discriminate, so I am still willing to work with individuals who are initially guarded or that may have many questions about the therapeutic process.

The overall therapeutic dynamic excites me.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I am non-biased and hold no judgement towards individuals.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
Thriveworks appears to be a company that values mental health.
What inspires you?
My family, my son, my past experiences inspire me.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
Information gathering, rapport building, and disclosure between both the client and therapist. There will be structure, but also an open forum to make the client more comfortable.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
My degree consists of study and training in multi-cultural counseling. I have over 20 years of experience.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Spend time with family and go to the movies.
