I chose to pursue a career in counseling because I am genuinely committed to nurturing meaningful connections and fostering understanding through the development of curiosity about each of our distinct experiences.

I am inspired by curiosity and the desire to learn.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
When a client arrives, they can expect to be warmly welcomed into a non-judgmental environment that meets them exactly where they are.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I believe that the first session is an introduction, where we work together to build rapport, talk about the reasons for coming to therapy, and develop an understanding of the therapeutic process and what it may look like.

I strongly believe in establishing a solid therapeutic connection and collaborating with you. I recognize that this process takes time and I am committed to meeting you where you are.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
For fun, I enjoy running and playing with my dog!
