Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
My lifelong fascination with understanding human behavior was ignited during years of personal treatment. The transformative benefits I experienced became the driving force behind my desire to assist others in gaining a profound understanding of themselves. I firmly believe that unlocking the "why" behind our actions is the key to positive life changes. Now, as a guide in this journey of self-discovery, I am dedicated to creating a supportive space for individuals to uncover the insights that lead to lasting transformation.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I believe that everyone seeking therapy is inherently motivated to work on their mental health challenges. My ideal clients are those with curiosity and motivation to understand themselves better, as I see this eagerness as the catalyst for positive change. I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I find joy in working with clients who are open to exploring the depths of themselves. Our collaborative journey toward self-discovery forms the foundation for positive and meaningful growth.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
In my experience working with diverse clients, I've come to understand that while life's challenges may make us feel isolated, we are never truly alone in our struggles. It's easy to forget that others, too, wrestle with the complexities of life. Through therapy, we can uncover ways to alleviate the burdens we all share, fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves in the process.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?
As a therapist, my eagerness lies in providing nonjudgmental listening. I am dedicated to uncovering and understanding the core issues that clients bring to the forefront, fostering a safe space for exploration and healing.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In our initial session, my primary focus is on understanding the presenting problem and anything you feel is important for me to know. Your comfort and sense of safety are my priorities, as we work together to create a trusting therapeutic space. Feel free to share at your own pace, and we can discuss your goals and expectations for our time together. This session is about establishing a foundation for open communication and collaboration in our therapeutic journey.

Feel free to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, and we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
In my free time, I find joy in reading, actively participating in my doctorate program, and engaging with classmates. Gardening provides a therapeutic escape, and socializing with friends complements my varied interests. I also enjoy the leisure of watching movies for entertainment and relaxation.
What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
