Russell Wolf is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who helps a variety of clients, including those experiencing conflict, life and career issues, depression, anxiety, children's issues, family conflict, group issues, and more. He has also helped organizations with talks surrounding team building.
Russell recieved his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yale College, and his Master's in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Some of the therapy modalities he uses include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure response prevention (ERP), and prolonged exposure therapy.
Russel looks forward to helping you address and manage your mental health concerns and conditions together, as a team.

The 'ah ha!" moments in counseling where clients have authentic insights and make real changes for themselves.

I enjoy cooking, creative arts, exercising religiously, and traveling.
