I have a diverse clinical background and a particular interest in the intersection of medical and behavioral health. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating major medical conditions, eating disorders, pregnancy and parenting, as well as major life transitions such as marriage and divorce.

I believe that therapy cannot be a one-size-fits-all experience. I believe in collaboration and tailor sessions to everyone's unique goals, strengths, and needs. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and adapt my work to meet individuals where they are at.

Scheduling an appointment can feel vulnerable, especially if you've had previous experiences that didn't feel supportive or meaningful. I encourage you to reach out and see what working together might feel like. It is my hope that you feel seen, heard, welcome, and hopeful.

"My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and warmth recognizing that everyone brings a unique set of life experiences, strengths, and needs to the therapeutic process."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I am passionate about supporting others as they navigate complex and challenging life situations.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I love working with a diverse group of clients.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Progress can feel slow, but will be so worth it.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

I like to get to know my clients and understand their life experiences, goals, strengths and needs.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

I've had quite a few life experiences that have shaped my practice.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I get to know my clients and if there is not a clear approach we may try one and have to shift to another if it isn't feeling effective.
