I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and build upon the strengths and resources you already possess.
My approach is strength-based, person-centered, and individualized, tailored to your needs and goals. I draw from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, stress, and self-esteem challenges.
Above all, I believe in meeting clients with compassion, respect, curiosity, and acceptance. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, increase your sense of agency, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

"As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I believe that therapy is a collaborative and supportive process where you can feel heard, accepted, and understood."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I was drawn to the field after working with a clinical social worker following the loss of my mother. That experience was instrumental in helping me navigate my grief and had a lasting impact on my decision to pursue this field.
What types of clients do you work best with?
All ages.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Psychotherapy offers you a supportive, nonjudgmental space to feel hear and understood - and everyone's healing journey is different.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first few sessions, we'll take some time to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and explore what you'd like to work on. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I have had several significant losses in my personal life that inform my practice. My approach to therapy is grounded in respect, compassion, collaboration, and the belief that every person has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I use a client-centered approach to uncover each person's unique needs, experiences, strengths and goals.
